Ugh honestly fuck this. It’s ridiculous. There’s no excuse for what Younghyun did in highschool but that was 11 years ago and he apologised for what he’d done. He should have to apologise in person too - but to lose his job? To leave a band that he is an original member of and has been raising up since 2012 to finally get the recognition they deserve and then to have to leave over this?
I’ve been a fan for atleast 3 years and until this year there were next to no Western fans online other than myself. Now to see how many English speakers comment on their posts, how many followers they’ve gained and how much more fan art they get is amazing. And now Younghyun has to abandon all this for his teenage actions?
People change.
I do not condone what he did but this is such a dramatic decision.
I just hope that their new fans will still support the rest of the band..
